Data collected

The site only collects personal data when you send it voluntarily through the contact form or by email: name, company, business email address, role, subject and content of the message. No tracking cookie is set and no third-party audience measurement tool is used. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) for at most one month, for the security of the service.

Purposes and legal basis

Form data is used only to answer your request, to organize a call and, if you asked for it, to send you a document. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures taken at your request. No automated prospecting is done from this data without your explicit agreement.

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible to the KeeFinops team. The site, its form and the technical logs are hosted in France by OVH SAS (OVHcloud, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix). Sending emails and managing contact requests rely on Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris), an emailing provider established in France. Client area accounts are backed up in encrypted form by KeeFinops at OVH SAS, in France, and at a second storage provider established in the European Union, which cannot read these backups. These providers act as processors within the meaning of the GDPR. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Contact requests are kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted. Technical logs are kept for at most one month.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@keefinops.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Client data processed during engagements is covered by separate contractual commitments: read-only access, separation per client, European hosting or hosting in the client's environment.
